Leveraging on the rich industry experience, we have been able to provide the customers with a comprehensive assortment of Vibrating Screening Machine. Designed using premium grade metal components, the range strictly complies with the international quality norms & standards. Further, our range is incorporated with a robustly designed vibrator motor that runs with the effects of vibrators. Owing to these vibrations, other components of the machinery such as screen cloth & box shift onto a circular, oval or linear movement that scatters & lifts the material up & down. Henceforth, the fine particles fall and expel through a sieve hole retaining the forward movement of larger particles. Extensively demanded in diverse industrial applications, the range can be availed in varying material and mesh sizes.
- High strength
- Excellent performance
Uses of a Vibrating Screen:
- A 2YKH-2245 is a heavy vibrator motor screen designed and manufactured by the Henan Hong xing Mining Machinery. It is first used in an open pit coal preparing plant in the year 1983 to substitute the spiral screen for the sculpting gangue with grading large and medium masses, which has carried out innovations and practices for the heavy vibrating screening goods. Numerous large tools of the Henan Hong xing Mining Machinery are brought in from foreign countries.
- A super heavy screening device is required to match for devices that are imported. The Henan Hong xing Mining Machinery effectively developed YAC-2460 super heavy screen in 1992, whose utmost feeding size might be up to about 400mm with the capacity of 1000t/h. Better results have been received following it the start of its use.
- While a vibrator motor runs with the effect of the vibrator, screen cloth and screen box will shift onto an oval, circular, or linear movement that will make the material on the surface of the screen scatter and lift up and down. Therefore, fine particles may fall through the material deposit and after that expel from a sieve hole. Also, the larger particles will keep on moving forward with the effect of vibration.
